He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, defending his Master’s Thesis with a very good grade. He has gained experience since his student days working in law firms in Krakow.
He finished his barrister’s training at the Krakow Bar Association, after which he passed the bar exam with honors, obtaining one of the best results in Poland.
Wojciech Luty provides legal assistance to both entrepreneurs and natural persons, in particular in the area of litigation and development of litigation strategies. He advises commercial law companies and foundations. He represents the firm’s Clients in proceedings related to the registration of entities in the National Court Register and registration of amendments. He also has experience in conducting transformation processes consisting in companies’ transformations and their mergers.
He specializes in civil and commercial law, including family, inheritance and compensation cases. Within the scope of his practice he prepares and negotiates all kinds of contracts and vindicates claims related thereto.
Wojciech Luty also acts as a defender in criminal cases, both in preparatory proceedings and before common courts.
Privately he is a road cycling enthusiast.
