Advocate. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University.
He completed judicial training, after which he worked as a judge of a district court for 11 years. In 1997 he set up a Lawyer’s Office and has been practicing as an advocate ever since.
Advocate Andrzej Luty has extensive experience in conducting judicial proceedings concerning broadly defined civil law. He represents the firm’s Clients in family and inheritance cases.
He specializes in criminal cases, where he has been acting as a defender for the accused or as an
attorney for auxiliary and private plaintiffs for many years.
He also deals with compensation proceedings and debt collection.
He represents Clients before district, circuit and appellate courts and the Supreme Court, as well as in proceedings before administrative authorities and courts.
