Within the framework of our practice we also conduct consumer bankruptcy proceedings at all its stages. We help to gather the necessary documents, prepare a complete petition and then represent the Client at the hearing before the court. After declaring bankruptcy, we supervise the conduct of the proceedings and actively participate in them, drafting on behalf of the Client letters and motions, filing objections to the list of claims, preparing a repayment plan or a motion to cancel the liabilities of the bankrupt.
